I am very sure that everything we do today has some flavours of technology in it, thus, we can't detached ourselves from this millennium called information age. We must embrace it since we are using it either in our homes, offices, schools, agriculture or even in our local business environments.

So, as a student and specifically as creative writer, I make this internet as my companion. Wikipedia is a good example. I do my reading and research all online. I sometimes published my articles online. It's true that world is now a global village.

After this two days program organized by NITDA and Youth Coalition for Development (YCD) under the leadership of Malam Kashifu Inuwa CCIE on a theme: Creating a Viable Innovative Ecosystem for Economic Development, I believed that Jigawa state is at the forefront in digital transformation in Nigeria.

All this happened when NITDA in partnership with Jigawa state government under the watch of his Excellency, the executive governor of Jigawa state, Alhaji Muhammad Badaru Abubakar made it into greater action.

I'm very sure, we, the Jigawa state youths have really applause your actions in mobilizing us to be among the key active in this current situation of globalization of digital transformation.

This program has indeed done great impact towards changing our mindset in this modern generation where there are a lot of uncrack opportunities in our various organizations. I personally, had never realized that we have such kind of opportunities in this state untill these potentialities of ours had explored them yesterday and today. These opportunities included small businesses, education, et cetera.

This reminded me that around 2013, I was the only person from Jigawa that was among the ten people that formed "Hausa Cyber Experts" an IT organizations that was based Northern Nigeria. At that time I designed a professional blog and grabbed some handouts. I was very happy then, and till now. The key point is that, I got the experiences and made it possible. I know you can do this, do better, please.

Most importantly, there are a lot vibrant, charismatic, focused and ICT digitally capable potentials that Jigawa has possessed and have positively contributed for the progress of this state and its youths. This will never happened without there engagements. To mentioned but few; the father of the occasion, Malam Kashifu Inuwa -DG NITDA, The commissioner of Lands, Hon. Sagir Musa Ahmed, the incoming VC FUD, Prof. Abdulkarim S. Muhammad, Anas Yazid,  Dr. Nasir Muhammad, Dr. Rislan Kanya, Alh. Salihu Tanko Yakasai among others.

To be short and precise, I am also repeating this to call the attention of my colleagues and the general family of Jigawa state to be engaged in critical thinking and invention as such will drive our personal development as well as the state's development in capacity and economy.

All this areas of competitiveness should be unlocked and much of opportunities should be explored; and that will be real whenever we think outside of the box, and focus on creativity plus computer digitalization. Thank you National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) and Youth Coalition for Development (YCD).

All the credit goes to the organizers and the Honourable Minister of Communication and Digital Economy, Dr. Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami.
